Intellex is launching "Intermediate course in EMC on Railway Applications".  The course duration is 12 hours and is scheduled in 3 sessions as given below ·      6th Feb 2023 Monday – 09:00-13:00 (GMT) ·      9th Feb 2023 Thursday – 09:00-13:00 (GMT) ·      13th Feb 2023 Monday – 09:00-13:00 (GMT) The course will be delivered by Mr Stuart Charles (click to find his LinkedIn profile) who is a renowned  EMC expert with 40 years of experience in the field of EMC. The course lectures will be delivered live through MS Teams The course covers the following ·      Core course topics- EMI, its sources, mitigations, application of standards for EMC mitigation ·      Specialised topics:- EMI from Faraday Induction, Filtering , RS485 Links, Data errors from noise, Pigtails and screening cables, Building Management Systems and EMI, Theory of Orthogonal Functions. ·      EMI demonstration videos- The course provides visual demonstration using an EMC demonstrator to illustrate EMI Crosstalk between cables and mitigation methodology, Pulse width Modulation, Variable Speed Drive EMI and its mitigations. This is wonderful subject. Wouldn't it be possible to conduct these training sessions over the weekends, so that they wouldn't clash with our routine day jobs?
