Alstom Bengaluru received successful Hybrid RAMS Training from Intellex, spanning April 21-28. This innovative session, led by Mr. Rishi Marathu, Ms. Madeleine Hoskins, and Dr. Mukul Verma, combined onsite and Live Teams deliveries.
Mr. Rishi conducted his segment on-site, while the other instructors engaged participants via Live Teams sessions. Post-training, participants gained access to Intellex’s online portal for recorded lectures, extending learning opportunities for two months.
Throughout this period, online assessments were conducted, granting CPD(UK) accredited certificates to successful candidates, prized globally. Completion of the program awarded participants a strong RAMS academic foundation and 41 CPD points. The positive participant feedback signals the effectiveness of this new training approach.
